Bill Payment

The Village of Stetsonville offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers.

Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Late fees are applied after close of business for the Village Hall on the last day of the month if the payment hasn't been received.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. It is pulled on the 20th of the month, that is unless the 20th lands on a Sunday or holiday, then it is the next business day.  There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Autowithdrawal-Email Utility form from this page.  Please include a voided check or bank letter to confirm the routing and account numbers.

Payment Drop-Off Location

There is an exterior payment drop box located at 105 N. Gershwin Street, on the north side of the library. There is also an interior payment drop box at the same location next to clerk/treasurer's office door. We accept cash, check, or money orders.

Make sure your payment coupon accompanies your payment and is secured in an envelope. Loose cash or checks make it hard to determine who the payment is from and could delay processing. If your payment is dropped off AFTER close of business for the Village Hall on the last day of the month, your payment will be considered late and a late fee will apply. Make sure you drop off your payment early to allow for processing.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
